📜 Registration & Tourist Tax
Under Italian law, all guests must be registered with local authorities (State Police — Alloggiati Web, and ISTAT). The tourist tax is €4 per person per night.
Tourist tax is NOT included in the booking price. The full procedure (document verification + tax payment) must be completed via the Vikey platform before arrival.
Deadline: identity documents for all guests must be submitted by 21:00 on the day of arrival. Without this, access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed.
Authorised guests only: only guests in the original booking may stay. Daytime visitors by prior arrangement only.
⚠️ Third Floor — No Lift
Casa Tintoretto is on the third floor with no lift. Please consider this when booking if you have mobility needs or heavy luggage.
Luggage on stairs: please lift suitcases — dragging them causes noise that echoes throughout the building.
🔇 Noise & Building Behaviour
This building is particularly sensitive to noise. Absolute silence is required after 23:00.
Please keep volume low at all times in common areas, corridors and stairwells.
No parties or events are permitted in the apartment under any circumstances.
🚭 Prohibitions
No smoking inside the apartment or in any common areas. Smoking is permitted only on the private terraces using the provided ashtray.
🧹 Cleanliness & Energy
The cleaning fee does not include washing dishes. Please use the dishwasher and do not leave dirty dishes or food waste at departure.
Please switch off all lights, air conditioning and heating whenever you leave the apartment.
Please follow the instructions for waste separation and recycling during your stay.

Free parking in the internal courtyard (3 spaces total) and on-street parking available. Please do not block entrances or occupy spaces belonging to others.

Check-out must be completed strictly by 10:00. Late check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
