A wonderful week. The apartment is spacious and full of light — lovely both for relaxing and for cooking. New furnishings, two balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, large beds. Spotlessly clean and the hosts always welcoming. Mestre station is twenty minutes on foot (from there we took day trips to Bologna and Padua), and Venice is fifteen minutes by bus. I celebrated my birthday here with my brother — a beautiful memory. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location: the bus to the island is affordable and easy to catch. There's a large supermarket 700 metres away, well-stocked and at reasonable prices. The host replied promptly to every message. Many thanks!

A great base for visiting Venice. Fifteen minutes on foot to Mestre station, then another fifteen by train and you're in the centre. The apartment is very well maintained, with convenient private parking. Worth noting: it's on the third floor with no lift — this could be a limitation for anyone with mobility difficulties.

Matches the listing exactly: clean, tidy, with small touches that make all the difference — dishwasher, washing machine detergent, clothes drying rack. Coffee, tea and something sweet for breakfast were also provided, plus an espresso machine. To reach Venice, take bus 6 a few steps away and it drops you right at the terminal. Highly recommended!

The perfect base for visiting Venice. The comforts were the best of our entire trip: full kitchen, espresso machine, underfloor heating, blackout shutters... And right outside, a frequent bus service to Venice. Downstairs there's also Milady patisserie — their cream brioche is not to be missed!

A truly lovely place, you feel at home straight away. My family and I had a fantastic three days between Venice and the surrounding area. The bus stop is very close and everything ran perfectly. Fantastic hosts!

A great stay, ideal with children. Everything clean and working, comfortable beds, good showers. There's a supermarket within ten minutes on foot — we could do our shopping and head into the centre all day. Bus number 6 runs three times an hour and keeps to its schedule: fifteen minutes to Venice. An apartment that lets you enjoy the city without any stress.
