Under Italian law, all guests must be registered with local authorities (State Police — Alloggiati Web, and ISTAT). The tourist tax is €4 per person per night.
Tourist tax is NOT included in the booking price. The full procedure (document verification + tax payment) must be completed via the Vikey platform before arrival.
Deadline: identity documents for all guests must be submitted by 21:00 on the day of arrival. Without this, access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed.

No parties or events are permitted in the apartment under any circumstances.

No smoking inside the apartment or in any common areas. Smoking is permitted only on the private terraces using the provided ashtray.
🧹 Cleanliness & Energy
The cleaning fee does not include washing dishes. Please use the dishwasher and do not leave dirty dishes or food waste at departure.
Please switch off all lights, air conditioning and heating whenever you leave the apartment.
Please follow the instructions for waste separation and recycling during your stay.
