Under Italian law, all guests must be registered with local authorities (State Police — Alloggiati Web, and ISTAT). The tourist tax is €4 per person per night.

Absolute silence is required after 23:00. Please keep volume low at all times in common areas.
No parties or events of any kind are permitted.
Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. Daytime visitors by prior arrangement.

No smoking inside the apartment or in common areas. Smoking is permitted only on the private terrace using the provided ashtray.
🧹 Cleanliness & Energy
Please wash dishes and do not leave food waste at departure.
Please switch off all lights, air conditioning and appliances when leaving.
