The apartment is light-filled thanks to large glass windows, very quiet despite its central position, and equipped with everything you need: fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi and ethernet. The pastry shop across the road is worth the trip alone.

📜 Registration & Tourist Tax
Under Italian law, all guests must be registered with local authorities (State Police — Alloggiati Web, and ISTAT). The tourist tax is €4 per person per night.
Tourist tax is NOT included in the booking price. The full procedure (document verification + tax payment) must be completed via the Vikey platform before arrival.
Deadline: identity documents for all guests must be submitted by 21:00 on the day of arrival. Without this, access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed.
Authorised guests only: only guests included in the original booking may stay in the apartment.
🔇 Noise & Building Behaviour
This building is particularly sensitive to noise. Absolute silence is required after 23:00.
Please do not speak loudly in common areas, corridors or stairwells at any time.
Luggage on stairs: please lift suitcases — dragging them causes noise that echoes throughout the building.
Penalty: in case of neighbour complaints about noise after 23:00, a €50 charge will be applied via the booking platform.
🚭 Prohibitions
No smoking inside the apartment or in any common areas. Smoking is permitted only on the private terrace using the provided ashtray.
No parties or events. Gatherings or any form of antisocial behaviour are strictly forbidden.
🧹 Cleanliness & Energy
The cleaning fee does not include washing dishes. Please use the dishwasher and do not leave dirty dishes or food waste at departure.
Please switch off all lights, air conditioning and heating whenever you leave the apartment.
Please follow the provided instructions for waste separation and recycling during your stay.

Check-out must be completed strictly by 10:00. Late check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
The host reserves the right to charge for any damage caused to furnishings or the property during the stay.
