📜 Registration & Tourist Tax
Under Italian law, all guests must be registered with local authorities (State Police — Alloggiati Web, and ISTAT). The tourist tax is €4 per person per night.
Tourist tax is NOT included in the booking price. The full procedure (document verification + tax payment) must be completed via the Vikey platform before arrival.
Deadline: identity documents for all guests must be submitted by 21:00 on the day of arrival. Without this, access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed.

Absolute silence is required after 23:00. Please keep volume low at all times in common areas.
